Dana R. Sobrado, Esq. is the Chief Executive Office and President of National Exchange Titleholder 1031 Co. (“NExT1031”).
Prior to cofounding NExT1031, Dana served as Vice President of Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc. (“IPX1031®”) and the Assistant Manager for the National Reverse and Improvement Exchange Division. During her 13 years tenure at IPX1031 she processed or directly supervised over 1,000 parking transactions.
Dana developed considerable experience with securitized financing parking transactions, aircraft exchanges, multi-million dollar reverse and improvement exchanges and other complex parking transaction structures.
Dana graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Politics and Law from the Binghamton University and received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) cum laude from Syracuse University. Prior to joining IPX1031, Dana worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office.
